Low Cost Ad Rotator Needed

Can I really be so difficult to find an ad rotator that works on Ning? 

Seems like you need to be a rocket scientist to use Google DPM, if you can get it to work on Ning at all.

Ad Speed seems to be easy to use but it seems ridiculously expensive for a hobbyist site.

All I want to do is to rotate half a dozen ads. I don't want any payment module, just rotation. Seems simple, but there's nothing out there apparently.
