A Tip on adding chat and ads to ur mobile site versions until the full verisons of network mobile is released by ning

I too second the ads thing but I have come up with a temporary olution for the many chat request I have been seeing pop up now it has been tested on many devices and depending on what u are looking for and how well u do there is even a way for someone to add ads to their networks mobile site versions until ning can remove the mobile version from the beta testing and bring us the full version release so here is what I have done I logged into my network and chat used the pop out feature copied the URL from the pop out window and save it as a text document as well by now u should already know the URL to ur desktop version of ur network and to access your mobile network.from ur desktop PC all u have to dp.is a (/m) without the ()'s to the end of ur networks original. Ning.com network name then visit AppsGeyser.com and create a moblie app for ur network after u sign up select create app then the site will ask about what content type u want to add to ur app select the website option and type or paste on your networks mobile version URL before u complete the process on that page set the advance options to best suit ur needs the select the tabs option edit to make changes to ur current tab or add a tab this is the part that will allow u to add ur networks chat open that document u saved and copy the link. Select that add tab.then.select the website option again paste in the chat link from the pop out window and finish creating ur app once u.have done all of that return to the first page by clicking the first app tab then click.save or.create.app and ur app will be.created a link to downlaod ur app to ur phone will be created and u will be taken to the dash board where u will find the option to add ur. Ads but u must first meet the requirements for an example please follow this link http://www.appsgeyser.com/187748 download it to ur phone and select the chat tab and watch it in action thanks and I hope this will help all those who has requested chat to be added to mobile just send a message to ur entire network informing ur memebers of this new free app and request them to download it or add a link or tab to ur network title it mobile version and ur members will download it from ur desktop version and beable to use the chat feature on their mobile phones have a great day and I am going to repost this as a discussion for anyone who wants to know how to add chat and ads to their mobile network versions until the full version is relased and thanks ning hope this has helped u guys as well I am also going to test this in another way so check back for updates thank you.

I had to do this to be able to read it, thought it might be useful to others. No offense Kai!

I too second the ads thing but I have come up with a temporary solution for the many chat request I have been seeing pop up now. It has been tested on many devices and depending on what u are looking for and how well u do there is even a way for someone to add ads to their networks mobile site versions until ning can remove the mobile version from the beta testing and bring us the full version release.

So here is what I have done. I logged into my network and chat, used the pop out feature, copied the URL from the pop out window and save it as a text document. As well by now u should already know the URL to ur desktop version of ur network and to access your mobile network from ur desktop PC all u have to do is a (/m) without the ()'s to the end of ur networks original. Ning.com network name.

Then visit AppsGeyser.com and create a moblie app for ur network. After u sign up, select "create app", then the site will ask about what content type u want to add to ur app. Select the website option and type or paste on your networks mobile version URL. Before u complete the process on that page set the advance options to best suit ur needs. Select the tabs option, edit to make changes to ur current tab or add a tab. This is the part that will allow u to add ur networks chat. Open that document u saved and copy the link. Select that add tab then select the website option again paste in the chat link from the pop out window and finish creating ur app. Once u have done all of that return to the first page by clicking the first app tab then click save or create app and ur app will be created. A link to downlaod ur app to ur phone will be created and u will be taken to the dash board where u will find the option to add ur Ads but u must first meet the requirements.

For an example please follow this link http://www.appsgeyser.com/187748 download it to ur phone and select the chat tab and watch it in action. Thanks and I hope this will help all those who has requested chat to be added to mobile. Just send a message to ur entire network informing ur memebers of this new free app and request them to download it or add a link or tab to ur network title it mobile version and ur members will download it from ur desktop version and beable to use the chat feature on their mobile phones.

Have a great day and I am going to repost this as a discussion for anyone who wants to know how to add chat and ads to their mobile network versions until the full version is relased and thanks ning hope this has helped u guys as well I am also going to test this in another way so check back for updates thank you.
