Does anyone know how to add a html scroller to the right edge of screen, similar to the Facebook style scroller.  In large resolutions it would display, but in 1024 resolution, it would be off the screen.   Would like to add scrolling twitter feed.

tyr this script..not to familiar ..but here goes...html { overflow-y: scroll; }

wanna upload a screenshot of which scroller you're referring to?

didnt Really have a screenshot, I was looking at a few twitter streaming widgets, i also looked at statusreel.com, which provides scrolling feeds. id like to attach this to the edge of the screen to save real estate on the actual  site.

my bad read  your request wrong,,you mean a scrolling marquee..try his site here surfingwaves.com they have a pretty good widget that you can put your twitter rssfeed they give you a code then you add to textbox and have a feed like facebook..example can be seen here yubasutterconnect.com..still working on if you check it out se something wrong or misconfig,let me know

im sure someone here could do this..its conflicting with my scripts..its very  nice marquee

I used frames on another domain, and put the ning site, in the main frame, and scrolling code in the secondary frame.  This is a very old way of doing things, Im sure everyone would agree. This also wont index well on search engines.  Mabye theres a way of doing it with css.  Facebook has it, we should too! lol

nice..we shpould..but ning is getting there,just dont know when
