Hello All,  I think I might have asked this question a few months back, but I'm still struggling with the "which comes first, the chicken or the egg" question. Do you have a private or public network, why does one work for you over the other. Do private networks create more membership but decrease public search engine access? Do you have a partial private network, if so how does that work for you…
