  Since you're approving your comments, I will tell you about hiding the Create Network Ningbar. You must have premium site to hide it, or you are breaking the Ning TOS. The CSS to hide goes in Advanced CSS and is:
  #xn_bar {display:none;}
  
  Please do not use if you do not subscribe to Ning's premium services, remove promotional links.

  No sorry, don't know that one. I used to, and it was too risky with Ning's TOS and the Ning apps. So, I didn't even keep the code.

  Unfortunately there isn't a way to serve images elsewhere, that capability isn't possible. I'm sorry to hear about the blocking!
