How Can You Allow Members to Be Able To Edit Their Own Comment in The Discussion Forum?

I just noticed that there is no Edit option in the Discussion Forum for Members so that they can edit their own comments. Every Forum allows members to edit their own comment. How do I enable this?Continue

i posted in Robin's discussion but since that was started in May and nothing has been done I am creating a new Topic to see if I can get some attention to this problem. This is a really big problem for us. I so want our discussion forum to be utilized, but people want to see the latest post first and not have to go to the 3rd or 4th page to find it.
