Is there a way to set general settings so that if a member clicks on a link, such as an ad, the ad opens in a new tab so that the member doesn't leave the NING site?

I tried this on my network last year and it made the web page "flicker". As I recall it may have been browser-specific, but it definitely flickered with Firefox."
