So if she is cutting from an HTML source and pasting to an XHTML destination the error is because of that incompatibility.

And add .xg_widget_profiles_profile .xg_span-7{display:block!important;} to make it work if you don't want the right column the code will have to be completely rewritten for your two column profile.
