You're not the only one having internet problems in China, I live in Beijing and I use firefox, and I can't open my ning network, http://haylink.ning.com/
I don't think it's an IE problem, I think China blocked the whole ning platform.
Hope someone can look into this

Hi Eric,
Just so you know, I'm about to signout for the day, and will approve tomorrow if you join. I think you can use a credit card by paying the 1 year via paypal without the subscription. It makes it a little harder for me to manage the account, but no problem if you want to do it that way.
