You are very inclusionary! I do like that.
There are a couple things I noted about your point of view-
When we are talking about the ideal "group" of Ning Creators...we have one right here defined in theme and driven from the proprietary source. While you could probably drive that Greet Team Ning Creators group in the same way, you might essentially accomplish the same thing in a discussion thread.
I will go ahead and post the discussion then.
Best, Anthony

Nor Cal Social Media said… Hi Janattee,
I noted you did not get your Ning Creators group for introductions. Did they say why you were declined? I'm thinking that there may be some redundancy with the Greet Team group which is highly underutilized IMHO. I bet you could organize the same kind of intitiative through that.
I have a Ning Creators group where I encourage people to introduce their networks, but that is not the theme of the group. Maybe you have noted some of my recent forum discussions regarding introductions, but I am certainly an advocate of facilitating that kind of activity.
Along the lines of what I have been pointing out-that our profile answer to "What is your Ning network?" is locked for privacy by default, I've been sitting on a forum discussion idea I think could potentially take off. However, knowing you were interested in starting a group on that I held off out of respect for you. Perhaps that discussion would be one you might like to drive. Here's the idea- let me know if you are interested or would rather I do it.

jz said… Yes, Janettee, thank you. It looks like your navigation bar uses some backgound images for the tabs, all the way across. I like the effect, as it's not flat. Can you share the css and/or whatever you did to put that in place?
