New design created problems on my Pages...

I have custom HTML on my pages which were colored green. When I changed the site appearance to a new look using the design tool, it removed the color format on that page. Any ideas?

I'd like to place the RSS logo or something similar so other sites can feed off my pages. Any ideas?
