Worked for me, tested in mac Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
Seems that your new script "open comment box" needs to be in custom code before your script "more on scroll". At first I put it after and it didn't work fine…"

Here is a FREE app to open ALL the comment boxes in the Latest Activity Feed on the Main page of a Ning 2.0 site. It also opens comment boxes of items that appear when a member clicks the More button.
