Hardware update, and possible issues

Hello there,

We would like to inform you that currently, we are in the process of hardware renovation and it's possible that during next several months there could be some issues with stability of our systems.

We do apologize for any inconveniences in advance and hope that when the update would be finished you will enjoy the changes.

Update.

The tech team has released the hotfix recently and the networks should be back up. Please accept our apologies for the temporary inconveniences.

We will keep monitoring the systems in order to prevent or minimize possible downtimes.

My site has been down for several hours: live.autographmagazine.com. When will it be back up?

You can't do renovations on servers that are being used!!!!!!!

  We are sorry that such issue has occurred on your network, unfortunately, the renovation cannot be made on the servers without the networks, otherwise, the new server hardware won't be affecting any networks. Transferring of the data base to the other server also isn't a good solution as some data could be lost during this process, so the best solution is to renovate the server in use, besides when all the works would be finished the system would become more stable and we hope that you will fill the difference.
  
  And I have just realized that it's the first 500 error issue for the last 6 month, and we will try our best to make it the last one.

Is there a way to make back up of site content on Ning 3 sites? Thanks for update

  Sorry, but we don't have a tool for 3.0 platform that would allow you to download all the content of your network.
  
  I'm not sure but maybe there is some sort of such thing could be found on the internet.
