            • Hi there!

              Thanks for your patience.

The issue with loading speed of teh networks has been fixed, please check it on your side.

              Best wishes,

              Ning team.

            • Hi there!

I do suppose it's the issue with the comments posting delay, so basically, it's because of the loading speed of this functionality. I have added your network to the existing report and once it will be fixed I'll let you know. The issue with design studio also could be connected to the loading speed issue/ as the browser could have simply stopped trying to load the design studio after the certain period of time. I'm extremely sorry for this inconvenience, a few days ago I have already notified tech team regarding this situation and told them how this is important to make this issue our number one priority right now, however unfortunately due to the nature of the issue it will take some time to fix it.

              Sorry for the inconveniences.

              Best regards,

              Ning Team.

  • I'm not sure where to post this.  I've submitted a ticket - actually 2 weeks ago - and no solution.

The images on my site are not setting up properly as well as images of members.

This morning a member reported this issue -   ???

When I log onto CMA I am getting a message from my Malwarebytes software telling me it has blocked a website called coin-hive.com.
Apparently that is some sort of crypto currency miner.  I don't know exactly how it works but it has to do with a javascript library being loaded onto a users machine which in turn somehow generates currency for the website.
Would like some help no these issues.
    • Hi there!

Thanks for bringing my attention into it, actually there was a reply but probably you haven't noticed it. Anyway, as I see the issue with activity feed for your network has been resolved already. Regarding two other issue that you have reported in your first email, it seems that for some reason teh field where all the photos and members are located has become smaller just a bit and as on 2.0 platform the dimensions are written in absolute values one of the photos has been displayed in the second row of the list, so everything had bad look. But that is what I can fix myself :-), you can check your members page and the photo page everything should look better now, but if you have any remarks just let me know here on creators, or just create the ticket and mention there that it should be passed to me :-)

Regarding the issue with cryptocurrency miner, I have checked the code of your site and haven't found any reference to coin-hive.com, so I'm 95% sure that it's not on our side, however there 5% probability that I have missed it somehow so I have asked the tech team to take a look as well, and if something like this would be found they will remove that miner immediately. However, I would recommend your member to check his/her device for viruses as after the check I haven't found any sign of cryptocurrency miner.

Sorry for any inconveniences, and I hope you are having a great day :-)

      Best wishes,

      Ning Team.

      • Hello, I am trying to send out a message broadcast, or blog post, and it is stating that the words are over the limit. I post up an e-blast all the time. This what the message is saying: FWD: We're sorry. The maximum number of characters is 50000. I know this is a much shorter post than I would normally post up. Can you please tell me, what is going on? I truly appreciate it. Thank you.

        • Hi there!

I have checked your network and the post with 50000 characters could be posted there without any issues. as you have contacted us via email as well my colleague would send you the link to that blog post with the number of characters in it. So I do suppose that the issue is with the text you want to post on your network, that's why could you please reply to the email that we have sent to you and include the text you wish to post so we could what's wrong and what could be done about it. Also, there is a chance that something wrong has been saved in the cache of your browser, so if you remove those files it also might help.

Looking forward to an email from you.

          Best regards,

          Ning Team.

      • Thanks for the fix.  I'll let my member know your response.

    • Oh how I hate it when you get no response.   Kryrl plllllllease get a response to this site owner...............

      • Thanks Kos...this must have been fixed right after I posted here about the issue.  All is back in order ;-)

      • Hi, Kos!

When I have checked the ticket there was a reply, but as you may see from my reply some of the issues were missed, I suppose it's because of the numerous complaints we have been receiving during and after renovation, but still, I do apologize for such a delayed fix.

        Best regards,

        Ning Team.
