Servers maintenance

Hi there!

As I have promised in the previous announcement there would be scheduled maintenance due to server renovation.

We are planning to start on Thursday 14-th of September 7 am UTC and the works would last for 2 hours. Please note that networks won't be accessible at that period of time.

We do apologize for the temporary inconveniences.

  • I can't see anything on my activity feed. I noticed the problem yesterday, and it persists today. This is important because it is the way I see current questions and comments. I have no way to respond without the activity fee telling me what is going on. When will this problem be fixed?

      • Hola Tom Saludos ... ning es lo mejor que yo sabía ... solo tenía 13 miembros ... uno de los problemas es la participación ... voy a ver de las carasteristicas son principalmente los jugadores de sonido ... ning era mejor y puede venir de nuevo a lo mejor ... la familia de creadores es fantástico gracias

      Unfortunately, during the renovation the old activity could have gone, today our tech team would release teh secong fix for the activity feed after it should start working for the people whose network still experiencing issues with activity feed. But if it won't help please let me know and I'll ask them what else they can do.

  • Kyryl this goes beyond the limits of what is acceptable ... comments in the photo page still without going out source of activity ... no payment for this to go on forever without being solved ... thanks

    I cleared my cache and it did the trick.

  • I have 3 members pending but I cannot access the members' dashboard. 

  • The fact that only 15 admins/site owners are complaining is even more distressing!!! Because, either only a few sites are down and the rest are not affected, or there are only a handful Ning users remaining or others even don't care if their site is down or not functioning properly... Anyways, I am still hopeful and keeping my fingers crossed, that with hardware update the functionality and speed of Ning will improve...
