Servers maintenance

Hi there!

As I have promised in the previous announcement there would be scheduled maintenance due to server renovation.

We are planning to start on Thursday 14-th of September 7 am UTC and the works would last for 2 hours. Please note that networks won't be accessible at that period of time.

We do apologize for the temporary inconveniences.

      • the site works so I'm not complaining....just wanted to let you know the issues are more common than some think.  Also discovered if I stay disconnected from Chat things are faster......

          The issue with loading speed has been fixed and you shouldn't experience it when you are sending the messages, however, if there are still any issues on your end please let us know.

          You did everything right if there are some issues on your network it's necessary to contact us as soon as possible as it's much easier to determine what is wrong when you have several examples.

          I'll also add your comment regarding the chat to the report so the QA department would be able to check if it's related to this issue somehow.

  • Yes, same here.  Posting takes forever.  Also /feedback forms aren't sending emails and just spin. http://eflclassroom.ning.com

      I'm so sorry that your network has been affected as well, I have added the URL of it to the existing report and once the fix would be released I'll make the post here so you would be able to check whether your network was affected or not (personally I hope it will be affected by the fix)

  • I am having a problem with both of my networks  http://needlelacetalk.ning.com ;    and     http://laceioli.ning.com ;  When I try to approve a new member, of post a comment, it takes forever for my clicks to register. It should be nearly instantaneous. I don't know if the members themselves are also having the same problem.
