Is it possible to use the Comment box tiny mce editor as the editor for the site feeds? Groups and otherwise? If you could do that with all ning networks, you wouldn't have to worry about the coding issues the others are working on. That way maybe a "Hash" key could be made like the "@" mentions tag in the comment editor, which pulls the search by tags feature on ning.
