Is there a way to style a blog write and or read to say you want to see a cloud background for the blogs when you read an entry or when you write an entry? This could be applied for all other modules too like forums, photos background maybe articles etc?

Yes it can be done easy enough, do you know css ? Just want to know as it will determine how I write the reply of how to do it.

if you are familiar with CSS, just add a html box where you want a group for example, and add your codes
I just don't know the right codes to use for the BG for write and read blogs or articles. Like I want to write a blog, I want the module to be themed. I want to read the list of blogs, I want the read blogs to also have a background.

Sorry been offline for a few days, will get to this for you. By the way do you want it for the page background or the actual content area background. I will write both for you.
It's OK. I want to put the background in the articles component itself, when I go to write an article, I want to see the background, and when I read any of the articles, I want to see the image background as well. I had a theme for a site on another cms and it was a scrolled background. I want to see if I can do something similar with ning, even tho the clan guild site was a better fit for the website I have in mind.
