When playing around with the new multiple choice poll I noticed that when you hover over an option only the border changes so to make a little clearer which option you are hovering over or clicked on before voting here is a little css to help you do that.

.polls__answer-radio:checked + .polls__answer-label {
color: white;
border-color: #00689c;
background-color: green;
}

.polls__answer-label:hover { background-color:royalblue; color:white; cursor:pointer}

The first block is for when you have clicked on an option. color:white is text colour and background-color:green is the background of the selected option. You can change these to whatever colour you want.

The bottom line is the hover colour and setting the cursor to pointer when you hover over the option. Change colour as required.

When you select and item it will turn green, click on another and that will turn green and the other will go back to default. The hover will still work as well.
