Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with the way videos are downloading? There is a big empty grey area above each video-looks awful... I did a hard refresh. nothing changed..

Oh heck!! I am on my new laptop and I don't have my old apps... I am trying different screenshot downloads to see which one-I guess this isn't the one to keep! I will try again..
You could upload the screenshot to your photo section on your site & link to it or upload it to this discussion

Thanks for your help. I will try... but, it could be just my computer (?) I asked a few members and they say they do not see a void, I have cleared cache, hard refresh (ctrl f5), etc... Upon refresh the video appears fine but small, then it bounces to a full size- then my page refreshes itself and I see the big void. I have never seen this before- once I refresh- it changes itself 3 times... very odd...
Sorry about this- I think it is going to be big- I will delete it after you guys see it

My first reply was useless... and I still can't get a decent screenshop app- so I did some investigating here is what I see happen...
I watched the video on my site- clicked to Youtube- checked the embed code- I compared it to what is posted and somehow the size changes could that be it?
This is the code on my site for the video-

Could the size be the problem? grasping at straws...LOL!
