Community Management Webinar #4: The Science of Community Management
When: Friday, March 1, 2013, 10 a.m. Pacific time
Were excited to announce another sure-hit Ning Talk with Richard Millington. In his first webinar for Ning, Richard talked about strategies for generating activity. In his second, he tackled growth. For his third, Richard tackled some of the most-asked questions about moderating and facilitating member engagement in an online community. In this fourth webinar, he'll be discussing the science behind it all.
Friday, March 1st at 10-11am PST
In this webinar, Richard will cover:
- Learning the social science that powers every great community
- Understanding what motivates people
- Getting insight into proven principles to build or revive a community in a way that members become connected, involved and active
- A showcase of organizations which have built thriving communities based upon these key principles
