Ning Support phone number for my 20 yr old site

Groups are neglected because no updates about new members are shown in the activity feed.

The same goes for member profiles. Member comments are not shown. And all activity disappears into invisibility. Only new friends are noticed.

Hi there,
Just setting up a network and wondering how I can get the links that new mmebers fill out on their profile for their wwebsite to pen in a new tab? 

There is no option to make that universal command in the Members settings area.
