Is there any way to allow new members waiting to be "Approved" to upload content during their wait time? 

Someway of having their content ready but not going live until we or Admin clicks the "Approve" button..?

SSL Certificate Expiring

I just recieced an email informing me to renew my SSL certificate by Feb 24th. The email was from https://letsencrypt.org/. 
Is this something we need to do ourselves, ask Ning to do it, or will Ning do this automatically?

What is going on here? This morning, out of the blue, I got a message that I had reached a limit of 10,000 members and I needed to upgrade. I have over 16,000 members. This is the first notification I have ever received. 10 minutes later 6000 members
