Auto Post Newly Uploaded Photos to Social Sites

Is there anyway to have new photos that are uploaded to our sites from our members to automatically post to our social sites like Facebook or Google+? 

Wordpress has a plugin that does it called Jetpack. Any ideas for Ning?
