Current status of the Ning Platform is always available on the Ning Status Blog.
I recently made some changes to my community and would like to have the chat feature. I went to Features and the chat module isn't available.
Am I missing something here? Is it taken away? Why can't we add the chat module anymore? curious. http://eflclassroom.ning.com

Hi there!
You need to go to the Features layout tab and drag and drop chat module to the central column or to the special field at the bottom of the page after you will be able to manage chat settings from the Features tab.

Yes, sorry for the bother. Support helped. Apparently there is a known issue / bug and you might need to do Control F5 and refresh the browser for the modules to load. I kept trying that and eventually they did appear and load.
