Looking for Ning 3 Site Develop / Asst.

Hello Ning Creators.  I have been on Ning for the last 12 years migrating from Ning 2 > 3 a few years back.  I'm looking to refresh, streamline and add new features such as a second annual membership tier option as part of the e-commerce.  it would be helpful to find someone to assist in implementation with all the current features Ning 3 offers along with knowledge of web design and coding.  Fee terms and length of assignment all negotiable.  Be in touch!
