I have a background in International Marketing, Market Research and Internet Marketing. I am a visiting lecturer at the University of Strathclyde and an EU approved management consultant. I have acknowledged expertise across Web2-0 / Social Media, Social Media Monitoring, Customer Relationship Management and The Balanced Scorecard. I have co-developed a Social Media / Web 2.0 Continuous Professional Development programme which I am helping to run in collaboration with the University of Strathclyde (supported by a Ning e-learning community www.web2-0cpd.com). I am co-founder of a professional networking community for the Global Tourism Industry called Tourism 2-0 on Ning (www.tourism2-0.co.uk), it is one of the largest networks of its kind in the world.
