Angel did you work out the different colours on the hover yet? Here is the part of the code that you need to change to different colours to the main nav colours,

/*Text Appearance of "MY PAGE" */
#xg_navigation ul li a:hover {
color: #ffffff;
}
/*Text for my page */
#xg_navigation ul li.this a {
color: #000000;
background:transparent url(Non) no-repeat center 0px;
padding-bottom: 1em;
}
/*my page hover */
#xg_navigation ul li.this a:hover {
color: #ffffff;
}

The white (#ffffff) would be what you change not the black I have here. Hope this is understandable.
