A naturalized US citizen, came to the USA after retirement as a university professor of public health and director of the Center for University Extension Services, University of the City of Manila. Very much involved in the Filipino community especially in organizing cultural events such as the Philippine Faire and Parade and the Filipino American Festival of Arts and Culture (FilAmFest) as well as in her local church, the First United Methodist Church of National City as Chair, Church and Society. Married for 55 years to Winlove A. Cudal, blessed with 7 children, 20 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Created Ageless Women at Ning Network.
