What's your role? Network Creator (NC) or Admin?

For the last 11 years, I have been involved in the development of training and training department management for business and most recently higher education. I've created several Ning networks. The first Network was created as a tool for a project that I was managing. My second Ning Network will serve as a site for the Smart Classrooms at the college where I work. It contains a repository of training materials for the classroom. It will also be a resource and meeting place for users of these classrooms.
