What's your role? Network Creator (NC) or Admin?

I originally set up my network primarily focused on Assistive Technology in Higher Ed. Presently I wish to change my address and my Network to a college network. This network will be for the exploration and integration of 21st century skills by faculty. I will be adding groups for assistive technology, multimedia, blended learning practices, on-line instruction, virtual classrooms and a few others.
