What's your role? Network Creator (NC) or Admin?

I am currently planning on how to integrate technology in GAU English foundation school or ELT department. I am eagerly interested in integrating the Technology for the aim of Language Learning ,since learners spend most of the time out of the class and they must be given enough and interesting input to learn English.
