I am creating my first network currently. And I like it so far! It will be a network where children are invited to share their dreams for the world. A place where every child without exception, can share this. In whatever medium is able to fit in Ning. Sing, Dance, Draw, Everything. As long as it is about their dream for everyone. I often experience discouragement in believing that all will turn out very well for us All and the world. ( I know it for certain!) Living this dream of my inner children feels vulnerable. Many people will try to get this out of (y)our head/heart. Impossible. This dream/knowing is indestructable. This is unfortunately also happening in many schoolsystems (not on purpose). I would like to create a platform where all children can share this dream with eachother and everyone who wishes to see or hear about it. Also children in development countries, children living in the streets. Every child. I am starting a heartfelt journey to Ghana. Beginning here in the Netherlands. I seek to travel with the support of children and their schools. I will offer my experience as an artist/teacher in exchange for a place to stay and contact with the next school. Thus connecting the schools and children with eachother on the way. To create a playful journey to Ghana. There I will use all the inspiration of the journey and current experience with working with children to support the children who live out in the street. In a way I am creating myself as a 'homeless child' too. Discovering and creating the Joy, Love and freedom on the way. Discovering ways to be happy as a homeless child. And share that in Ghana. I will work with the children on the way to create content for this Ning community. And inspire, encourage and support the realisation of the dream that each human being carries within his/her heart. The children are still very connected with this dream. I like to play with being able to create the things I wish to create by using creativity. I use Word, Paint, Picassa and the print scrn button. And some basic (2 hr course) knowledge on html encoding. Did you know that you can copy the symbols out of Word into the displayed name of your Ning? However I do feel challenged to create such a Ning network that it will be easy accessible for all children. And therein lies a challenge for me. All inspiration is very welcome. I would love to offer children the possibility of being able to share their artwork without being obliged to create an account. I am thinking about an open account where everyone can enter. And simultaneously for the ones who like to create one, keep that possibility in as well of course. Or maybe someone has allready some experience with Ning and children. I would love to be connected with people who are very passionate and more experienced in this. And be inspired and inspire.
