What's your role? Network Creator (NC) or Admin?

I have an academic background (sociology), but now I am starting up a business. The business will be about providing people with the opportunities to play ball (without belonging to a team or so). I have created a Ning network for my business, will be launching it soon. First as market research and a way to get potential customers, then in a more practical way.
