I am managing a Ning for the Maine Content Literacy Project. This is a group of educators from across the state of Maine serving as literacy coaches. I also work in a NH school district in several schools, so I have started a Ning for that group to try to build community across schools. The focus is to help bring together the varied expertise of the community members in order to improve teacher/student and coach/teacher practice. I am here to learn from other, more experienced Ning managers.
