What's your role? Network Creator (NC) or Admin?

Signed up for Ning network on suggestion of a friend in last year and have been sending people to it to create their own networks since. I have been assigned by a few of my employers, schools - to set up their ning networks and I almost always suggest Ning over traditional web pages to the organizations I work with and for. Currently, I am experiencing some problems with my network, but that's for another page.
