What's your role? Network Creator (NC) or Admin?

I have a degree in teaching and art and a post graduate certificate in art education. Using twelve years of teaching experience and creative practioning, I have written and delivered courses for training teachers. I run an agency supplying creative days in the community with Galleries, schools and businesses and use my Ning network to manage this.
