What's your role? Network Creator (NC) or Admin?

I created my first and only ning network as a way to bring different parent volunteer groups together for my daughter's small, private pre-school. Last year was the first year they tried anything online (a Google discussion group). Ning offers so many more features and is much more user-friendly in terms of sign-up, but some of last year's folks are accustomed to the instant gratification of the Google system. I hope that the network becomes successful and stays in place after our family leaves the school.
