I think you have to add the video in the HTML or use the little film icon in the box. Make sure the whole code is showing in the box.I never have a problem if the video is a youtube, but l never add any home video unless l upload them to youtube. Wish l could be of more help but l do not know why you are having problems.
How long have you had your site? If you had it over a year, you can add css code to the advance settings in your costumize my page. You can learn this on JeSocial and with the help of the members there. That is the only place l can get real information that l can understand.Are you a Pro,Plus or Mini site?
