I am a civil engineer and worked for 20 years in a brazilian private consulting firm in Project Management. For an extreme interest in the area of monitoring and evaluation, created the Brazilian Evaluation Agency and then the ning network of the Brazilian Network for Monitoring and Evaluation, which today (08.20.10) has 944 members. The aim of the Network is to promote information and knowledge to improve the quality of public policies and strengthening of democracy.
