It targets Floridians and other nearby residents who originally migrated from the north and now prefer to be "halfway back" in the cool areas of the Smoky and Blue Ridge Mountains. Visitors to the Ning network are encouraged to shares the best places, opportunities, tips and secrets for vacationing or relocating to the mountain regions of the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia and to find gated communities, vacation rentals, inns, property for sale and resorts.
