Am a webmaster for 3 websites. Am a Yahoo! groups lead moderator for 3 groups. Have created 2 ning networks and am a member of about 3 more. Absolutely hate the profile pic as being a requirement. I find that there are way too many people who don't know how to upload one and therefore decline to join. Personal experience speaking here!!
