When asked what I do for a living, I tell people that I'm doing marketing at the moment while I figure out what I'm going to do when I grow up. This answer is often confusing until I reveal that my work history includes significant roles and achievements in customer service, engineering, product management, marketing, management, and business. While you'll find some historical details in my resume, I couldn't begin to tell you what to expect next. I created and now manage a Ning Network for the HireRight User Group.
