What's your role? Network Creator (NC) or Admin?

I have created a Ning Network for the MMORPG Earthrise. And presented it on the forums that the game producers host. So far I have had no luck in the recruiting to my created Ning Network though. But I wish to grow it and add more features to it and hopefully get it rolling really soon.
