What's your role? Network Creator (NC) or Admin?

I work for Learning and Teaching Scotland, an organisation that supports education in Scotland. My remit related to adult education and community learning. I have created and manage a Ning for adult literacies practitioners in Scotland to network and suport each other in their practice.
