I've been using pro-boards. Thanks for the suggestions appreciate this allot.
I created sites here on ning.com using customized coding I did myself.

The Ham Radio Operators Center link is on the above url all done with my own gradients and code. I hate to leave ning.com due to expensive "pay-service", fees.
