What's your role? Network Creator (NC) or Admin?

Im a Fijian girl living in Australia. I created Ignitethefire Ministries through ning platform mainly as a hobby to connect and build a network of people all over the world. I was getting to the stage where I was thinking of doing a facelift for the website created but did not know where to start until now! I'm passionate about helping people with needs and with the new changes introduced, I feel that it is time for a makeover and create something that will benefit everyone involved. I welcome the new change and for the first time I'm actually browsing through the ning site. Excuse my ignorance but I am slowly taking more interest in how this system works. Well thats where I am now at this point of time. Im looking forward interacting and picking "on your brains" from other ning creators, especially on how to generate income through this medium. Thank you ning for giving me the opportunity to be part of your organisation. I love every minute of it...hopefully more positive results will come out from this new change!
