I have spent a lot of time upkeeping an RTL version of Ning and translation files for Hebrew http://inhebrew.ning.com I also provide free language and translation gadgets at http://translated.ning.com I've helped numerous Israeli organizations to set up Hebrew networks and am also creator of Edureshet, the first independent social network for Israeli educators
