  Hi Jack.  This is what my friend said, "
  

  ~~right click your mouse.........do you see anything there that would block anything? NO ~~I think he has some browser and cookie issues. Clear cookie - history - go to start menu and click on "RUN" and type in chkdsk /f  (don't forget the space between the k and the /f ) a new box will pop up and click Y for yes and restart the computer and it will check your hard disk for any corrupted files ~~that is my best GUESS is the problem."
