What's your role? Network Creator (NC) or Admin?

I studied law, but am an HR director, a die hard networker, and self made in everything what is about using programs and software, so really not somebody in IT. I lead for more then 15 yrs now a HR network and for several years, I used google groups, but what a shit. I discovered Nng by accident, and jumped up the wagon i think two years ago. Now I have at least 4 networks running on Ning, of which one with 137 networking members, all HR-people working in public organizations in Flanders,Belgium.
